Gijs Ochsendorf

Canterbury Tales (2013)

Gijs Ochsendorf joined Free Theatre in 2013 to collaborate on Canterbury Tales. Besides mastering the art of puppetry, Gijs was a student at the Theatre and Film Studies department, with an interest in myths of purity and corruption in Lovecraftian film and new media. Gijs completed studies in Media & Culture (BA) and Film Studies (MA) at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Gijs has experience tutoring a course on Puppetry, Animated Film and Gaming at Canterbury University and taught into the Free Theatre Education Programme.
