Andrew Clarke is an Honours graduate of the Theatre & Film and Russian departments of Canterbury University. His first foray into Free Theatre performance, excepting the intensive training programme of the departments course, was as the left-hand-man of the puppet Scholar in the inner-city spectacle Canterbury Tales (2013), after which, as a further component of his study, he continued to co-labor as Karl Rossman in Kafka’s Amerika (2014) and participated in many of Free Theatre's early Ubu Nights.
